2003 the Festival will be held in seven of the top eleven Latino
markets in the United States, starting off with our 2nd Annual Phoenix
Festival, once again to be held at the Phoenix Civic Plaza. This
year’s Festival takes place on February 22nd & 23rd. Last year’s
inaugural Festival in this fast growing market was a great success.
Our Phoenix co-host, Ray Arvizu of Arvizu Advertising
and Promotions, is more excited than ever about the Festival and
what it means to his city. “We made a great start last March” Mr
Arvizu says. “Our 2002 vendors were very happy with the Festival
overall and are ready for a bigger and better event this year.”
