Empowering Latino Futures, formerly Latino Literacy Now, is the nonprofit (IRS #33-0868486) creator of the Latino Book & Family Festivals since 1997. It focuses on educational, author, community building and content issues affecting underserved communities.

MiraCosta College provides superior educational opportunities and student support services for a diverse population of learners. Located in Oceanside, CA, the campus is an ideal venue with stunning views stretching from the mountains to the sea.
