EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT
Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Empowering Latino Futures or Festival Host for any loss, claims, actions, causes of action or proceedings of any kind which may be initiated by any person, or entity, including demands, judgments, costs, losses of service, expenses, or reimbursement of counsel fees incurred by participant or by Empowering Latino Futures from activities contemplated by this event participation.
