Dear Supporters of Literacy,

California State University, San Bernardino, and Latino Literacy Now, founded by Edward James Olmos, are partnering with Kiwanis of Greater San Bernardino and Libreria Del Pueblo to bring back the Latino Book and Family festival for the sixth year at CSUSB and eleventh year in the Inland Empire. The event will bring award winning authors to the university to promote literacy and education in our communities. Our event will be held on Saturday, April 28th, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The program will feature regional and national authors who will make presentations, give readings and sign books. Our event will also include authors participating in Latino Literacy Now’s Award-Wining Latino Authors Tour. Entertaining cultural performances by young and seasoned musicians and dancers from various communities and schools in the southern California region will enhance the festivities.

Sincerely,

Danny Morales, Chair of John M. Pfau Library & Cesar Caballero, Co-chair of John M. Pfau Library
