- TWO Booths SPACE ONLY, 10’x20’. Bring your own canopy, tables and chairs; or Food Truck $300
FOOD VENDOR AGREEMENT. By purchasing a booth, you agree to the following:
The Food Vendor shall defend, indemnify, and hold the City of Oceanside, MiraCosta Community College District and Latino Literacy Now (Collective Group) and all of its council members, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages,
obligations, actions, lawsuits, losses, judgments, fines, penalties, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to the Food Vendor’s products and work performed under this Agreement to the full extent permitted under California law for Food Vendor’s sole or active negligence. Food Vendor specifically acknowledges and agrees that it has an independent obligation to defend the Collective Group and its employees from any liabilities or
potential claims which actually or potentially fall within this indemnification provision even if such claim is or may be groundless, fraudulent, or false. Vendor acknowledges that no guarantee is made of financial success thereby Vendor Fees are Nonrefundable. Vendor agrees to obtain all required Food Handler permits and licenses specified by Federal, State, County and/or City Agencies and comply with all applicable codes and regulation.
Also, food vendors will be asked for a Certificate of Insurance.
Your Certificate of Insurance needs to comply with the campus policies. It must have a liability of at least $300,000 and must include your business or personal name as well as the name, location, and date of the event as shown below:
